During this interactive and hands-on online class, you will learn the time-saving secret of making the Sweet Potato Congee in less than half the time without the need of an Instant Pot or special equipment. Learn all the important tips and tricks to a perfectly-fried Hong Kong Style French Toast, including the Homemade Kaya (coconut jam).

Not all online cooking classes are created equal! Dash of Soy online cooking classes are always hands-on and in small-group setting so we can spend time with each participant to perfect the kitchen setup for the best result. It is always interactive so we can also talk about alternatives to the ingredient list for any dietary requirement or simply to use what you have. The goal is to make sure you feel most confident to recreate the dishes you learnt during class.
