Homestyle Dumplings for Young Chefs
This class is by far the most popular class at Dash of Soy! It has been taught over 500 times since 2019 all over Seattle. This 4-hour version has been designed specifically for young chefs aged 8-15. The class is based on a family recipe from Hong Kong and it starts by making a hot water dough to create the wrappers from scratch. We will prepare two types of fillings - pork and cabbage, and vegetarian with garlic chives and shiitake. Then learn different ways to wrap a dumpling, and experience different ways to cook them. At the end of the class, we will taste the dumplings together with two types of dipping sauces.

All sales are final with no refunds. We need a minimum of 3 students to host a class. If you signed up but we didn’t have enough students, unfortunately we need to reschedule. We will work with you directly to find a new date. Thank you for your understanding.
